Call to Order

Reeve King called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.

Approval of the February 20, 2024 COW Meeting Minutes

  That the Committee of the Whole approves the adoption of the minutes of the February 20, 2024 Committee of the Whole meeting, as presented.

Vegetation Cutting Request and Service Level Review 

The Chair deferred this item until later in the meeting, in order to accommodate the scheduled Delegation, which was set for 10:00 a.m.

Delegation- Alberta Utilities Commission

The Chair called for a recess at 9:47 a.m. and called the meeting back to order at 10:00 a.m. with all previously mentioned members present.

Vegetation Cutting Request and Service Level Review Cont'd

The Chair called for a recess at 11:08 a.m. and called the meeting back to order at 11:20 a.m. with all previously mentioned members present.

  That the Committee of the Whole recommend that Council consider mowing and snow removal agreements with the Rural Community Halls within our Kneehill County Hamlets.

  That the Committee of the Whole recommend that Council consider the development of a mowing of private cemetery level of service, after consultation with private cemetery owners.

  That the Committee of the Whole receive the update on the Enterprise Vehicle Leasing Program as information.

The Chair called for a recess at 12:02 p.m. and called the meeting back to order at 12:07 p.m. with all previously mentioned members present.
